With a wide range of snow removal services that suit your every need and requirement, our team has the expertise to get done what you need done. Our monthly snow removal service provides daily service to your residence when snow is present. There is no maximum amount of visits during the month. Therefore, if it snows every day, we will come everyday for the same flat monthly rate!

RESIDENTIAL MONTHLY SNOW REMOVAL
Flat Monthly Rate + Comprehensive Daily Coverage
Our monthly contract snow removal packages will ensure that your sidewalk and driveway are clear of snow and looking great. Your property gets serviced every day there is a snowfall, and snow will be cleared within 24 hours of the snowfall stopping. In the event of a snowfall lasting more than 24 hours, your property will be cleared once a day until the snowfall stops. We only accept customers within our service areas to make sure our route is efficient, our quality of service is maintained, and all properties are serviced in a timely manner. Generally, we try to have all properties completed prior to 4:00pm on heavier snow days, with service commencing at around 6:00am. Most properties receive service before 2:00pm each day when snowfall is moderate or light. The only power equipment we use on residential driveways are backpack blowers and/or plastic-housing snowblowers in order to not damage exposed aggregate and other custom driveway finishes.
Residential snow removal services start at only $140.00/month for sidewalk and front-walk service, and only $175.00/month for small two-car driveway.
Acreage Monthly Snow Removal
Flat Monthly Rate + Comprehensive Daily Coverage
Our monthly contract snow removal packages will ensure that your acreage is clear of snow and looking great. Your property gets serviced every day there is a snowfall, and snow will be cleared within 24 hours of the snowfall stopping. In the event of a snowfall lasting more than 24 hours, your property will be cleared once a day until the snowfall stops. We only accept customers within our service areas to make sure our route is efficient and our quality of service is maintained. For acreage driveways, up to 10,000 sq ft, with asphalt or cement surfaces, we use only rubber-edged utility plows, snow pushers, and brushes as well as other traditional equipment. We will never use any metal edge scraping devices or plow your driveway using a full-size truck, for small and mid-size acreage properties. Commercial Snow Removal
Dependable service for your commercial building.
In addition to residential and acreage service, we offer commercial snow removal service for the west end of the city centre. Currently, we only accept new commercial properties for snow removal and landscaping on the western side of the city centre. We accept buildings with sidewalks only, as well as commercial properties that have small parking areas.
